I need design for a bathroom

Hello,
I need someone to help me design by bathroom (1.66 * 2.66 square meters). Already I made the water and electrical installation and I also have a 3D model of the bathroom built in Sketchup.
Now I need someone to add the colors and other elements in order to know what materials to buy for it.

I need to have the shower in the left side, the toilet in the middle and the sink in right side. I can invert sink with the toilet if necessary.
In the right side there are some pipes that we need to hide.


I was thinking to make something with black and white and to cover all the pipes with a custom built cabinet. I am open to other suggestions and colors. I like modern and luxury styles.
I will provide you list with materials and their colors that I can find in my city.

This is just a test job. If you do it great, then we can work together for all the house, which includes: 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 small bedroom and 1 lobby and ground level and upstairs i have other 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 1 dressing room.
