I need a lighting design for a domestic house

I need a designer who specializes in lighting for a new dwelling. A lighting plan should be prepared in cad with specification provided for bulbs and lighting fixture. All items specified should be available in Ireland or the UK.

You will receive a lighting plan with notes and suggestions along with 3D model images of the external and a comrehensive set of 2D plans and sections. Please prepare your own plan taking into account the brief provided and adding/revising as per your own design ideas. I am looking for a plan which is subtle and cost effective.
