Garage Remodel: Floor Plan, Plumbing & Electrical (California)

Hi,

I’m looking for an experienced designer or architect to create a set of plans for remodeling an existing garage (400 sq ft) in California. The project involves preparing floor plans for the remodel, along with plumbing and electrical layouts.

Scope of Work:
• Floor plans for the garage remodel.
• Plumbing sheet/layout.
• Fixtures: Bathroom: Toilet, sink, shower, exhaust vent/fan. Kitchen: Sink, extractor hood, cooktop, fridge, cupboards, tankless water heater
• Electrical layout: Locations of light fixtures, outlets, GFCI, smoke and CO detectors, and switches
