Floor Plans and 3D Renders and Walkthrough

Good afternoon,

I would like a very good, patient, efficient and quick designer to work on this project for me,

I need someone who is good with designs

2x New Floor layout plans for this lounge,
2/3 Renders for each floor plan and a walkthrough video for each concept,

I have the floor plans, some of options for review,
and design sheets to support the design path we are going in,

The drawings should demonstrate detail and scale. with the renders showing ambience, style and elegance with great emphasis on lighting

I would like a fast turnaround so the person needs to be available for delivery in the next few days,

I am happy to communicate with you throughout the design if you have any questions.

I do have some additional footage that I can send for more design support
