FLOOR PLAN AND 3D DESIGNING OF A SMALL HOUSE INTO CLINIC.

I am looking to turn a 2 bedroom house with a small garden into a clinic for scans and consultation. With a simple yet modern design.

The structure has to remain the same. No structural changes can be made. Just the kitchen area has to be changed to make a toilet and a small storage area. You can see the drawing attached.

I want a reception for 1 person, and waiting area with comfortable big chairs for pregnant patients.

All doors has to be extended to 34" doors so it can be accessed with wheel chair for sick patients.

There is a small garden area outside. between the main entrance and the clinic entrance. I want a view of the gardens from the waiting area.

And i need to see a floor area layout with measurements before you do the 3D rendering so we can save time on it. I want a floor area with furniture measurements and details of the material along with the 3D rendering and walk through if possible.

I have attached some pictures of the idea i have for the clinic. I want the project done ASAP (less than 7 days for everything). As it is urgent.
