Flat - floor map, 2d preview room by room

I am planning to buy a flat to fully renovate in France. All rooms need to be fully renovated. 103 square meters
Top floor, triple exposition, I wnat to fully renovate it & make an offer. Renovation must be:
- luxury
- optimize each single square meter through rooms agencement, in-walls storage & cupboards
- ideally with 3 bedrooms, one open living room, kitchen open to living room, central kitchen ilo
- I would need to redo the full floor map & 3d rendering, an architect has done the map but I think it can be better optimized (huge loss of space in corridors).
Can you pls take the assignment? If so, how many hours are necessary? I am visiting the flat this afternoon so can share here photos & videos if necessary, plus the floor map currently.
Tiny budget here, it's just to have an overall pre-buy, but if the flat is bought, we can certainly deep dive in detail.
