Exterior Landscaping - BBQ Area and Plants

I need to upgrade my current landscaping.
I would need your help in finding the best way to
1) add a BBQ area. Feel free to add it anywhere that looks pretty (consider position of the sun, picture was taken at 8.30am) and based on Point #3.
2) Suggest what plants to use (in current planters' boxes). I am planning to replace all current plants (apart from big palm trees) with other type of palms. When it comes to plants, I would only prioritize palm trees (apparently there are more than 2600 different species) because they don't lose leaves easily and therefore it does not get messy. I live in a hot climate (Dubai) which is also a reason why I am choosing palms.
3) Suggest how to utilize the space under the cabana as well as the raised patio next to the house backdoor (which is a bi-fold door).

I have attached many pictures of the area including technical drawings so that you can have an idea of the space measurements. You can use the pictures to build 3D renderings.
One picture is taken from inside the house, the objective of that picture is for you to imagine what can be seen from inside the house and kitchen.
Selected Project will need to provide 3D renderings as well as detailed technical drawings to pass on to contractors.
