Extension to private Club-house

Current description: This is an outdoor annexe consisting of an Entrance, living room, dining and a bathroom situated in the garden, with views to a garden from the front elevation a swimming pool and a pergola from the back elevation.

Design requests with kick-off, interim and final zoom meetings:
-improve the main entrance, to enable the maximum view of the garden by using glass walls where possible.
- 1 formal Living room
- 1 Dining room (10 seats)
- The main entrance should be relocated to the existing Bathroom leading to a hallway which splits to the kitchenette and full bathroom (shower, toilet, double vanity)
-Kitchenette with access to the swimming pool
