English cottage, garden landscape design - visual concepts.

I have a partially landscaped rear garden at my house where half has been built and the other half is waiting for inspiration.

I want to get a bunch of design input from creative designers to reimagine the space.

Key things are:
• Boundary treatment, in particular the block walling to the southern aspect.
• Vehicular access to the steps for unloading shopping and possible inclusion of a turning "T"
• Design and siting of a combined workshop that will allow for metal working and crafts (in place of garage tent).
• Covered seating and eating area to accommodate 10-20 guests with outdoor kitchen
• Division of the garden to hamper visual access, creating the space for discovery
• English cottage garden, sympathetic to the house, old brick, planters, trees

I'm sure there is more to be said but can't think of it.
Idea is for this round to be a paid audition in many ways. I would like to see 3 or 5 visual concepts from different designers and then I will commission full designs for the landscaper to use.
