Draw up plans for small current building + add conservatory

1) I am wanting someone to draw up my sketch of the dilapidated building in the attached. (including floor plan + outside plan)

2) I would then like a separate drawing to be done, initially to take the far side corner to be added onto the building (1.35 x 2.65) n.b. This far side is where the kitchen is located.

I am then wanting a 20sq/m conservatory being added . This could be either to the far side or the near side. I propose it to be on the near side, and part of this 20sq/m being used to square off the corner which .

I would like floor plan and outside plan to be done on this 2nd part.
