Design two rooms asap

2 rooms with 2 options design.

I’ve attached a floor plan. In the room on the right, the yellow dot indicates where the door is now. For this room, I would like two design options: one as a bedroom and one as a living room. In both options, The chimney breast needs to have a tv on its wall with bookshelves on its right and left sides, filling the void.

The next room is the room named kitchen. In this room, the two options are to design it as a dining room; the second design is to use it as a living room/lounge, with a tv on the wall and the left window turning into bi-folding doors.

Use your expertise to place and design furnishings. Using the space effectively is of utmost importance.
