Design Small Villa Exterior

Greetings,

I already have a floor plan for a small villa composed of ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The villa lot also includes a garage, swimming pool, and small garden. The total lot size is only 320 square meters, the villa ground floor occupies approximately 70% of the lot space.
I will provide the AutoCAD file to the selected designer that includes the current floor plan.

The main purpose of this project is to design the villa exterior towards a specific look and theme that I have selected and for which I found two or three photos.

The scope might also include making limited adjustments to the floor plan as needed to achieve the desired theme and look for the exterior (for example; adding canopies). However, it is desired to largely maintain the current floor plan to the maximum extent possible.

The scope includes the following specific deliverables within the timeline specified for each:

1. Within 3 calendar days after project award:
Provide a preliminary rendering of the suggested villa exterior (including front perimeter fence) that applies the desired look and theme with a description of the limited modifications that might be necessary on the current floor plan (if any).

2. Within 8 calendar days after project award:
After going through a process of iterations and revisions based on my comments, provide a temporary rendering of the villa exterior that incorporates all revisions along with a modified floor plan (if I approve any modifications to the current floor plan).

3. Within 12 to 14 calendar days after project award:
Provide the final deliverables which include the following:
A. Four (4) 3D renderings of the villa exterior (including swimming pool, garden, garage, etc.) which include two front views (one daytime and one night time), and two other views from different angles. I will inform the selected designer of the specific angles for each rendering at that time.
B. Four (4) 2D elevation drawings for the villa exterior (one for each side) with detailed measurements. The front elevation drawing shall include a section that provides the elevation details of the front fence.
C. Modified floor plans; one for each of the three floors that incorporates the final approved design.
The designer shall provide all 2D drawings on AutoCAD plus on PDF, and shall provide the 3D renderings on jpg (or another format at my approval). All 3D renderings shall be high resolution photo realistic.
