Design Modern Detached Small Villa

Greetings,

This project involves designing one small detached villa based on the functional requirements that I have included in the attached PDF file. This project is for investment purpose (for sale as new homes), therefore, it is important to keep the cost of execution at a feasible level to make profit while creatively making the design very attractive and impressive.

The required design theme is contemporary/modern.

The villa shall have a ground floor, first floor, and second floor that includes a rooftop garden plus rooms.

The required deliverables include; Design Idea, 2D Floor Plans, 3D Exterior Rendering, 2D Elevation Drawings, and 2D Section Drawings.
