design concept for commercial building , ground floor should put commercial shops, restaurants and coffees and first floor has offices
there is two lands , first one size 2511 m2 and second one size 1782 m2. Later I attached the land size
there is a gab between those two lands

need unique and nice design for both buildings: concept, 2D plan, section, elevation, renders
each building should be different not same design

each shop width should be 4 or 5 m
