Design community centre with multi-functional space

We are looking to set up a community centre with multi-functional space, See below the vision and requirements.
The goal is to create a versatile area that caters to a variety of needs, all within one shop/unit which ideally is going to be a double shopfront or shop with firs floor basement...

This is a conceptual and I need someone like you to understand the reequipments and design it for most realistic use of space and so we can understand how big space we need... the ideal space to fit this will be 2000sf

Attached is a layout example for one part of the concept only (the food stalls and dining), however it's too large but it dose demonstrate the vision quite good for that section.

The place should have the following,

Bicycle Parking: A designated area at the entrance for secure bicycle storage.
Fast Food Stands: Multiple stands offering a variety of foods such as sushi, fruit shakes, falafel, and pizza.
Seating Area: Shared seating for the fast food stands, accommodating quick dining.
Social Area: A separate room for relaxed seating, reading, and one-on-one learning, designed for 15-20 people.
Classroom Style Room: Another room for educational purposes with tables for two and bookshelves.
Kitchen: A modern, efficient kitchen positioned to serve the fast food stands.
Storage Room: A compact space for storage needs.
Office Space: A small office for administrative tasks.
Separate Toilets: Clean facilities for both males and females.
Shower and Dressing Room: A functional area for changing and showering.
