Design and virtually decorate a small room (12sqm)

I've converted a garage into a bedroom and shower room and would like to use it for a short-term bnb hire.

I've already decided where the double bed and TV will be placed but am unsure of where the rest of the furniture (and what furniture) should go. My initial idea of the placement of the furniture is attached.

I'd like the room to have a similar look and feel to a hotel room:
- double bed
- storage for a suitcase
- wardrobe
- tea and coffee making area with a small hotel fridge
- a desk to work on a laptop from and a table to eat breakfast at (could be one thing).
- a hard floor (wood or stone)
- a tasteful and interesting decoration

What I need from this project:
- create two alternative layouts (including the one I suggested and yours)
- virtually decorate/stage the room - ie. suggest colour schemes and furnishing ideas

The exact dimensions are attached. The ceiling is at 224cm, and there are going to be 6 spotlights. Bear in mind that in one corner there is an electrical fuse box that I need to have easy access to.
