Experience Level: Intermediate
I need an engineer to produce a calc and design for building regs for simple raft foundation/concrete slab for single storey 4 x 5m timber frame extension to a place for public religious worship for use as a small entrance lobby and toilet.

Trees about 4m away from the extension. Ground is hard clay/chalk - site in TN14 5EG.
