Concept Design for Private Villa

Welcome and thank you for your interest in this project.

The objective is to develop conceptual design for a private villa composed of Ground Floor, First Floor, and Second Floor (that partly includes a Rooftop Garden) based on the attached requirements.

As you will note from the attached document, the owner has put in a lot of effort in detailing and explaining his requirements in order to make the work much easier for the designer and avoid loss of effort and time due to ambiguity or lack of owner clarity on his own needs.

Project Deliverables (as explained in the attached Functional Requirements document):
1. Design Idea: Simple sketches for floor plans and elevations to the owner's satisfaction until the ideas of the house's layout and elevations are settled to the owner's satisfaction and approval.
2. 2D Floor Plans: Three drawings, one for each level with detailed measurements
3. 2D Elevation Drawings: Four drawings, one for each side with detailed measurements
4. 2D Section Drawings: Two section drawings with detailed measurements
5. 3D Interior Renderings: Three renderings, one for each level
6. 3D Exterior Renderings: Five renderings, one for each side plus a fifth rendering for the front side with the front fence and gate included
