Concept Architect with Revit modelling flair

I am seeking a designer to bring life to 3 residential typologies housed within 6-story buildings. The internal layouts and volumetrics are already established, and now it's time to infuse the external elevations with a fresh, smart design. Picture a design that exudes elegance, seamlessly integrates greenery, and captivates onlookers with its timeless charm.
This project calls for someone with expertise in architectural facade design, strong 3D modelling skills in Revit and/or Sketchup, and preferably Lumion 3D modelling skills. Proficiency in Photoshop is also highly desired.
As we have a tight timeline, daily updates and close collaboration will be essential. While I am an architectural designer myself, my current workload necessitates bringing in a talented individual who can align with my vision and execute with precision.
