Colour change, remove gazebo + Path options...

I am wanting to photoshop a house to provide options to a client. These need to include;
Brighten photo / artificial sun if this is possible.

1)Colour change to house ( please see attached examples of colour)
2)Remove Gazebo (replace with lawn)
3)Render wall by steps in the lighter of the 2 house colours + Carry lawn to the wall
4)Remove wheelbarrows, boulders and complete block paving.

5)Provide 5 options of pathways. Ending up where red mark is and starting from the steps... Attached are to provide thoughts / ideas of how the path may look. 4-4.5ft in width .
