CAD drawings needed

We are buying a home in Argentina, and know exactly the remodel design, but need a skilled person to prepare revised floor plans, simple elevations and a 3D walk through, (we have pdf plans with sizes we will forward), and can provide ceiling heights etc etc.
The plans is only 50m2 covered, and will only be 70m2 when finished, so it’s very small indeed.
We need the drawings to support our discussions with contractors and suppliers etc etc.
