Building regulation drawings for a small flat 33 m2.

Hello,
I have already a 2D layout with dimensions in sketchup and autocad and I need correctly done building regualtion documentation. I inteted to add 1 small stud wall with pocket door to create a bedroom. In addition I would like to install central heating in the flat, move sink by 1 meter and washing machine to untilty cupboard. I would also want to install mvhr unit for my bathroom using current ventilation system if possible. I already know what kind building materials I want to use. Thers is not external changes only internal with possiblity of central heating going through the loft or under subfloor. I attached some sketches.
