Building Control pack for UK Building Control

Review internal layout from to improve the interior design.
Produce a Building Control pack for UK full plans submission for a new built 159 sqm (approx.) chalet bungalow. This includes the CAD drawings (based on planning drawings and sketches), foundations, roof, internal and external walls, steel, stairs, construction notes, insulation, etc.
Produce the structural calculations for Building Control to review and sign off.
Have UK insurance for both Architectural and Structural Engineering.

I have the planning documents and would like to see if the layout could be improved (keeping the same footprint)

I will get a desktop geological study in the next 2 weeks.

I am not in a rush to start, but ideally would like a mid-January 2024 submission to Building Control.
