Building Control drawings for loft, extension and front patio

we have structural drawings for a loft conversion, rear extension and front patio. We would also like building control compliant drawings for these works.

Provide a full specification and details to cover all of the proposed works. In particular, indicate on plans compliance with Schedule 1 requirements, B1/2/3/4, C4, F1, F2, G, H, J, K, L, N and P, of the Building Regulations 2000. Final payment will be made after building control have accepted the drawings.

Note I have attached structural engineer drawings for your review and planning drawings. Note the planning drawings show the house into 2 separate flats but we will not look to submit this to BC in this application as we are waiting for planning outcome for this.
