Basement finishing payout

I am laying out my basement and need to have a drawing made for the contractors. Attached is the diagram for the basic payout. I will be paying for this project on an hourly basis with the first pass taking less than an hour. Please see the attached diagram and photos.

Please not ethe exterior walls have alread been framed and this needs to be taking into account in the layout
