Architectural Site Plan - New Retail Building + Gas Station

I need an architect who can help develop a conceptual site plan for a 3,000sf convenience store with an 8-pump fuel station, and a separate 6,000sf retail building.

The goal is to determine how much land will be required to fit the two buildings as efficiently as possible along with the required amount of parking.

6,000sf Retail Building - 36 parking spaces (none in rear)
3,000sf Convenience Store - 12 parking spaces + 8 fuel pumps

The development will be on the northwest corner of N Saginaw Blvd and Cibolo Hills Pkwy. These two buildings are to be directly adjacent to one another along N Saginaw Blvd with the convenient store and fuel station on the hard corner.
