Architectural designs for logistics centre

I am looking for a reliable and talented 3D artist for this project. Preferably a 3D artist that not only provides photo-realistic renders but also provide animation / video services.

Job Specifics:

The task is to create a 3D renders and animations for a concept net-zero distribution centre. These designs will form part of a investment round to secure funding to turn these concept drawings into a buildable project.

The modern net zero distribution centre could include features such as timber cladding, living wall, solar panels, EV chargers and battery storage.

I will provide a mood board providing inspiration for the designs.

Output required:

12 x hi resolution images showcasing the net-zero features outside and inside the building
1 x 30-second video based upon these images with animation highlighting the key features
