Architectural design & planning application in Pinner London

Hi I'm looking for a UK based architect/designer ONLY
Won is able to help design interior and exterior extension to a 4 bedroom semidetached house in Pinner London, we looking for someone how can survey the property and develop 3d cad sketch options for layout / extension to the property (within local planning guidelines) either single or 2 story with loft etc. and then on the final layout
Make planning and building regulation application with drawings, documents etc
Provide interior design drawings, services, furniture etc
Develop detail construction drawings
Provide all structural calculation or work with an engineer for same
