Architect plans for building regs, fire regs, construction, etc

See attachments. There is a file limit for attachments, so I can also message you structural engineer drawings, fire escapes, suggested furniture layout, pictures, etc.

Budget is flexible, I will consider higher or lower bids than set budget.

I require:
- Scrutinise my suggested floor plan and suggest other ideas, no matter how different
- Consult me on process & if i need anything else (I am first time buyer and renovator, i’m guessing this is all i need)
- Architectural drawings for
⁃ Pass fire regs & building regulations
⁃ Planning regulations approval (if needed)
⁃ Construction plans for builders
⁃ Incorporate interior design ideas in drawings if required e.g. false walls
⁃ The licence to alter for the managing company of the block of flats
⁃ Visits during construction if necessary
