Amendments to existing CAD drawing - house ground floor

I have a CAD drawing of the ground floor of a house. I don't have the .DWG file just a PDF. Looking for someone who can scale the drawing using key dimensions without drawing the whole thing from the beginning. (Think you can do this in Vectorworks or similar?)
Work required is as follows:
STAGE ONE
Remove existing kitchen back doors from drawing and leave opening
Add a 3M deep extension to back of kitchen which extends to include the width of the side return
Remove protruding chimney breast pillars around cooker
Remove Sink
Move door from hallway into kitchen along the wall by 800mm
Add sliding/pocket doors between the sitting room and the snug
Send copy to me check

STAGE TWO
I will then mark up this copy to indicate
Fitted and Fixed Furniture
Kitchen Units
Bookcases
Sofas, Armchairs tables and chairs

Update plan to include fitted and freestanding furniture
Check /Amend/Finish
