Advise on furniture and their set up for two bed flat

We are about to move into my new home, which is a two-bedroom flat with open plan kitchen and dining space.

It is a new built. We are only planning to take a small number of furniture. If possible, we would like to keep them as they were purchased with this day in mind, but we will be open-minded to your advice.

Needless to say, it is a small place compared to where we live now; therefore, I need someone to advise me on the issues below:

1. Advice on the appropriate reasonably priced furniture, and there set up an that will maximise the space to meet our diversified need from life. (we can have a chat in details in the appropriate time).

As long as you can visualise your end advise to us, we will be okay. As ideally, we will buy that furniture over the period.
