Description
Experience Level: Entry
Information for the business: We will be providing day care for dogs
Design details: Background: Im currently in the business planning stage, and as part of the plan want to present to prospective investors, customers who have already committed to buy my product or booked spaces in the day care unit. In order to get these bookings, I want to give the customer a visual of what the facility will look like when its finally open for business.
So in this instance the drawings/images will purely be fictional but should be a reflection of my vision for the unit.
The unit itself will be an industrial unit. Again specifics are not available as we are still searching for the perfect unit to rent next year.
Areas needed in the unit will include:
* Reception
* Staff area - Very Basic kitchen or staff room + toilet.
* Main play area for 15 - 20 Dogs
* Separate sectioned off areas for rest periods for individual dog (But avoid the kenneled look)
* Area leading to an outdoor yard securely fenced behind the unit.
* Maybe a second diagram showing the facility as an empty space on the night which will be hired out to dog trainers to run classes.
The size of the space will be smaller than the one in the URL provided. Probably about 2500sq feet.
Ideas for the visual style: Clean, simple, inviting.
Things to avoid: Kenneled style accomidation
Urls to draw inspiration from: http://www.blundellsdaycarefordogs.co.uk/centre/
Extra notes: Initially the diagram will be fictional but once a facility is secured we will require the design again but with accurate realistic dimensions etc. But that will be in the new year.
Due to the initial phase been purely fictional I cant pay much for it, i just literally need something visual to show potential investors/customers.
