3D visualisation of a property remodelling project

I would like to create some 3d visualisations using a tool like RoomSketcher or Planner5D (or others as there are many) of a remodelled property.
I have all the dimensions for the property and a number of clear sketches on how we want to lay it out.
You will get very clear direction so we can be efficient. The outputs will be a 3d sketch in whatever software/service you choose to use and a number of renders showing the property inside and from the outside which we will be using to have initial conversations with planners.
I don't know how long this will take but I do know the property is simple. 2 bedrooms downstairs, a stairway, 1 living room upstairs, a kitchen upstairs and a roof terrace. See the photos of the actual real property to give you a feel.

Can you please send me some examples of recent work you've done so I can see how you choose the 3d programmes. Thanks
