3D Rendering needed for New Home

We're looking for a great designer that can create a beautiful rendering with photos that look realistic and modern. Must have a creative and passion for doing rendering. I have the plans I just want the photos and if you do video to come out awesome. It's a long-term collaboration. I will send the plans and detailed videos/images files to the perfect bidder. My budget is fixed maybe we can negotiate.
