3D interior design

I need an interior designer who can provide 3D interior design for our home. See floor plans attached. The house is on 3 floors:
Ground Floor - hallway, living room and dining room.
First floor - master bedroom, kids room, study / office and living room
Second floor - 2 rooms/ bedrooms (one of these will be a guest bedroom and the other a spare room/gym etc)

For the living / dining room on the ground floor, we need at least the following:
- sitting area (sofa coffee table, side table)
- fireplace
- dining table
- side board
- chandeliers
- rugs
- Tv on the wall (with cabinet underneath)
- lighting/ plug points/sockets

On the ground floor, we also need recommendations for a formal sitting area for guests and lounge / living area for us, particularly options for where the TV and dining table should be placed. We want to maximise space when hosting parties etc. My style is eclectic (contemporary with touch of classic).

Please provide a quote for (a) 3D interior design for the ground floor (b) 3D interior design for the whole house excluding the kitchen.

We require fully rendered and labelled 3D interior views, furniture placement - accurate dimensions are essential. The design scheme should the optimize use of space.
