Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am looking for a designer to create 3D drawings and animations of a new system in the outdoor/terrace sector. Initially, only a simple sequence for presentation purposes. Later, a complete 3D outdoor animation world.
A view of a modern luxury house with spacious terrace and pergola is to be created, featuring moving outdoor structures such as parasols, lounge furniture, or outdoor kitchens. The terrace tiles should be approximately 50 × 50 cm in size.
Currently, in many regions of the world, outdoor furniture, parasols, kitchens, etc., must be repeatedly assembled and disassembled manually, depending on the weather and season, and then covered or stored in a weatherproof and protected manner.
These outdoor structures are often heavy, such as parasol bases that must withstand strong winds. As a result, the often daily manual setup and takedown becomes a torment — especially for older or more petite individuals.
The new system provides motorized platforms in various sizes. These can be fitted with a range of attachments for parasols, lounge furniture, outdoor kitchens, privacy screens, etc.
This makes it possible, via a mobile app, to move the parasol, lounge furniture, and outdoor kitchen from a garage onto the terrace in the morning — precisely to the position I desire.
The 3D scene to be created: A luxury house with a pergola and a large terrace with a pool. Architecturally fitting at one end of the terrace is a garage (for the outdoor structures), possibly combined with a pool house.
The homeowner steps out from the house onto the terrace. It is empty. He operates his mobile phone. The garage door then opens, and out comes the parasol first. It is closed and placed in a parasol base with approximate dimensions of 30 × 30 × 15 cm (L × W × H).
Next comes an outdoor kitchen unit with approximate dimensions of 250 × 65 × 75 cm (W × D × H), consisting of a grill, sink, refrigerator, cooktop, and countertop space.
Finally, the lounge furniture appears, consisting of a three-seater sofa, a table, and two single chairs. This lounge set is placed on a platform with approximate dimensions of 350 × 250 × 15 cm (L × W × H).
All three platforms move to their designated spots on the terrace. The parasol opens automatically. Everything is perfectly arranged. A beautiful day can begin.
Then the process in reverse: The homeowner is away from home, but all the outdoor structures are still on the terrace. A thunderstorm approaches. All outdoor structures move back into the garage one after the other.
