3-bed house in need of updating

I’m looking for space /layout planning ideas for a 3 bed mid-terraced victorian house. It's newly acquired and in need of updating.
In principle I am aiming for a minimalist design with a rustic contemporary blend.
I'd appreciate specific ideas around material, dimension and placement of furniture, fixtures and fittings. Space / layout should feel very open and bright. 1 of the rooms (bedroom 3) will be a home office - I can upload more pictures upon request - I'm limited to 3 at the moment.
I'm open to ideas that focus on individual rooms and not the whole, if that works better.
