2D AutoCAD Drafting of Floor Plans from Scanned PDF

We have a PDF document containing a scanned construction drawing of a three-story office building. We would like the ground floor and first floor to be accurately redrawn in 2D in AutoCAD, so that our architect can continue working with them. Everything needs to be traced precisely and scaled to the correct dimensions. The 2 floorplans are attached to this project. Please give me a quote and estimate of when it can be done.
