2 visuals for a house extension in UK

I need 2 visuals, one from inside and one from outside for a small terrace house extension in UK. I have the plans/elev in cad and pdf. So I would need someone to model them in Rhino and render in enscape or similar.
Please allow for slight amendments on things that are not quite right (or potential structural engineer input that might change the visuals) and also a couple of options for splashback and colour of conservatory.
Ideally if it can be done within a week, that would be great.
