Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
Information for the business: Clothing Alteration shops in Kent/Surrey
Design details: Zippystitch (www.zippystitch.com) is a chain of 4 clothing alteration and repair shops in Kent and Surry. We are about to introduce made to measure suits as a new service

We are looking for a retail designer/architectural designer/point of sale designer to design an instore display to demonstrate our service.

The typlical display would take up one wall and measure 4 x 2.5 m. WE would like the display to contains sample suits, fabric samples, sample shirts so that customers can easily see what is on offer

We are looking for a creative designer with great ideas, but also someone who is resourceful and knows exactly how to put together great displays on small budgets. ideally we are looking for someone who is hands on and would help us put the display in place.

You may be a one man band or perhaps in a larger design business looking for extra work. It is however important that you have some experience in working in retail fashion point of sale/design.

It would be good if you lived/worked in the SE as getting to our shops in Kent and Surrey would be important.

As a small business we do not have a big budget so this project could be ideal for someone who is trying to build their portfolio of retail clients. However, we are ambitious to grow and open more shops and if we find the right designer then we would bring them on this journey with us. For example we are looking at a rebrand of our stores in the near future.

So, not the biggest assignment you'll ever get but an interesting one with potential to grow!
