This is a straight forward project for a competent architectural designer with any previous experience with UK Building control and construction drawings.
Note: a measured survey of the existing dwelling as well as the proposed design drawings will be provided in Pdf and/or DWG format.
What is needed:
1- Building control (BC) drawings for full planning application. The drawings should comply with all the necessary approved documents.
2- Structural analysis, calculations and drawings
3- Construction drawings
4- Interior architecture (IA)
5- 3D model in AutoCad Architecture preferably otherwise compatible software of the proposed design *
Construction drawings and Interior Architecture should include:
• Schedules (doors, windows, trims, luminaires, plugs)
• Demolition Plans
• Plans (Floor & Roof)
• Wall Sections & Details
• Interior Elevations & Details
• Cabinetry & millwork Details
• Reflected Ceiling Plan
• Mechanical & Electrical Plans & Notes
• Structural / Framing Plans & Details (roof, floor, wall, stairs)
The chosen designer will be paid in 3 instalments
3/8 paid when the BC drawings + structural part are produced and submitted
3/8 settled when the construction and IA drawings are produced
2/8 when all BC drawings have been amended and or permission granted.
Location: The property is located in the borough of Lewisham in south east London.The property is a top floor 2 bedroom victorian conversion Flat.
*P.S: the IA part is minimal as most of the final layout has already been decided and i will be closely working with you to finalize it. As such I need a 3D model of the proposed design to do so.
Your job will essentially be in CAD and deliver as a .DWG , DXF, PDF file
The final CAD file deliverable must be clean with strict layering standards adhered to.

You will need to be located in London, surrounding areas or be able to visit the flat personally on your own steam at least once before the start of the project. Successful bidders should be able to demonstrate experience.
