I need 2D textures files to represent different lighting effects for a flying simulator add-on, for this I need:

20 Texture Files for Navigation Lights. (Each texture type should be delivered in Red, Green and White Colours) to represent the different Aircraft Navigation Lights.
20 Texture Files for Landing Lights.
20 Texture Files for Strobe Lights.

This video will show some examples of aircraft lighting to understand the different effects we are looking for:

The reason for these 2D texture effects is because we want to empower users to select different textures allowing them switch from different lights types and effects via a Graphic user interface, this way our users users will be able to select their preferable light effects in accordance to their needs.

Texture file requirements:

* Delivered in .PSD and .PNG format so it can converted to any file format for compatibility purposes.

* Each Texture should be delivered at least at 2048 x 2048 of size, we will export textures in smaller sizes to be used by the game engine but we wish to have the source file in high quality.

* The Background of the texture must be absolutely Black and the effect should blend with the black background perfectly, the reason for this is that the game engine will combine the textures with the engine surrounding and Black is what is considered transparent, if the texture effect is not created properly the simulator will show undesired lights effects as these will not blend with the environment properly, for example if the surroundings of the effects contains too much white noise these would be shown in the simulator causing undesired effects.

Please note the Game Engine only supports additive blending for lighting effects and in accordance with the Game Engine guidelines the transparency of an additive texture is based off of color values within the texture. Color values in the texture are added to the background color. Any part of the texture that you want to be invisible must be pure black (or else you'll just get expanding squares).

* Each texture should have different lighting shapes and forms so our end user can have a wide variety of selections, I have attached 3 example files of landing lights so you can use these to understand the desired effects we are looking for but also please watch videos and pictures online about Airplanes during night operation as these will allow you to expand your ideas and creativity.

Project Requirements:

* We would like to receive the textures in 2 weeks or less if posible but we are open to sugestions.
* You should quote for the delivery of all textures files, so the price you quote should be for the entire project completion.
* It would be very helpful If you can provide links to examples of similar works or projects that you have done previously, specially if these are lights effects.
* The shortlisted candidates will need to host a Skype meeting in order to understand or clarify better the requirements and ensure both parties are happy with the project requirements and deadlines.
