Description
Experience Level: Expert
Design details: We need someone to produce charts, tables, and graphs which resemble those on ft.com.
We will be using these images to set maths exam questions, so the data itself can be fictional; all we require is a set of professional images which present numerical data.
Specifications:
- Image dimensions shall be 600px wide 300px high.
- Original vector format files required as well as the 600 (h) x 300 (w) pixel output image (suggest Adobe Illustrator format but any vector-based graphics software will be accepted).
- All data should be clearly readable at 600 (h) x 300 (w) pixels.
- The professional 'look and feel' of the images should reflect those on ft.com
- All work must be original; please use ft.com for inspiration but do not infringe their copyright by using their numerical data or content.
Quantity:
- We require 20 images, each consisting of either a chart, table, or graph.
- There is potential for follow-on work after this project is successfully complete.
Bids:
- Please include with your proposal at lease one example image. We don't want to take too much of your time but this is the best way for us to determine the quality of your work.
Style:
- Please emulate the graphic style of charts, tables and graphs on ft.com
Ideas for the visual style: Financial Times
Things to avoid: Intricate detail, 3D, gradients
Preferred colors: Simple, clean, block colours
Urls to draw inspiration from: ft.com
Where the design will be used: Web
