Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hi,
I am starting to venture into airport design for microsoft flight simulator (FSX). I need help with drawing textures for my project.
Attached is an example project that has been done in the simulator (not mine, but by a respected company) and you can see the textures on the models created in the sim example (file name "example")
Textures I have seen are usually created in photoshop with comibination of multiple photos transformed into texutres and hand drawn textures.
I am just starting out so I can not hire someone fulltime for all the texturing but I am looking for someone who can draw some textures for me and perhaps give me pointers to how they drew the textures in photoshop, maybe give me a tutorial. I know photoshop at a basic/intermediate level but not to familiar with drawing textures for game projects. I will assign further texture jobs for the difficult textures I need made.
Basically here is an example shot of items in the picture i need to get textures for.

If you are interested I would ask you to help draw some of the building & structural elements. Its very likely I will rehire for extra work that I simply cannot do myself.
its important the some textures give a 3d dimensional look although they are 2d.
Any questions let me know. Thanks!Additional Project Description:
