Graphic Design - Diagram Needing a Professional Touch

I have a diagram that I have designed using Microsoft Publisher to explain one of our services. I need to have that diagram redrawn so that it looks modern and professional and can be used on our website. A file containing the drawing is attached so you can see what I want. The colour of the sections is important as it links sections together but the actual colours are not important at all and I'm pretty hands off when it comes to the actual design.
