Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Information for the business: We are a B2B comparison website for office supplies and services
Industry: Business
Design details: We are looking to design a new Call to Action (CTA), to use across our website.
Our website is http://www.expertmarket.co.uk/ which encompasses multiple categories including http://merchantaccounts.expertmarket.co.uk/ , http://frankingmachines.expertmarket.co.uk/ , http://photocopiers.expertmarket.co.uk/ and more.
Users click on our CTAs to go to another page where they can input their details to receive free price quotes from office product/service suppliers.
I have attached 2 examples of our current CTA's.
The first is from http://frankingmachines.expertmarket.co.uk/buying-a-franking-machine and the second is from http://merchantaccounts.expertmarket.co.uk/pdq-machines
We would like the designer (you!) to redesign the Franking Machines CTA shown in the first photo, using the same question and answers.
The second photo shows a redesign that we are currently using across some of our pages. This second option is clearly better than the first- no confined solid box, and fun icons in Expert Market colours which attract the user to click. Unfortunately this design does not work for the pages where our CTAs are questions with just two answers such as YES/NO (like photo 1). When this design is used with a question that has only two answer options it leaves too much blank space around the page and looks like the body of text has an error rather than looking like a CTA.
So we are looking for a redesign of the CTA shown in photo one, that does work when used with a question followed by just two answer buttons.
In summary:
- Please redesign the CTA shown in photo 1, which can also be found on http://frankingmachines.expertmarket.co.uk/buying-a-franking-machine as well as other pages.
- Please make it look snazzy, colourful, modern, and amazing so it attracts users to click on it
- Icons usually work well however please do not use traffic light themed green/red for the buttons because in these circumstances "No" is not a bad thing and we want to make that clear- it symbolizes a need (which we can help with) rather than negativity
-We would like the CTA design to be in colours that will match our website*
-Please could the arrangement use flat design (no shadows) despite the fact photo 2 has this
-Would be amazing if you could create multiple mock ups of different ideas/versions
