Description
Experience Level: Expert
I’m looking for two different front labels to be made for a new Gin bottle produced by my craft distillery in Vietnam. I need a company logo to be designed, which should reflect the name of the brand: “Dragon’s Breath.” I have two concepts in mind for the illustration on the label:
1) A dragon (which is breathing a little bit of fire) is being ridden by a brawny Vietnamese man (wearing a conical rice hat, barefooted), in a style similar to a cowboy riding a bucking bronco/bull. Could be side, side/front view. The man could be holding a bottle of gin in one hand which is raised up, and should have a grin on his face.
2) Building on the concept above (dragon being ridden by brawny Vietnamese man), there should be a crowd of three smiling people watching, with hand gesturing toward the man/dragon; the style we would like to see here is different from #1 in that the style here should emulate Vietnam government propaganda posters. The content here should be good natured and non-offensive; it should NOT depict any historical figures, as we merely want to replicate the style of this poster art (which is widely available to view online, also see below). This label will be subject to approval.
On the front label we will also want to mention that the the beverage is “Handcrafted. Slow Distilled” in “Danang, Vietnam” and “Vietnamese Botanicals”. The label will also need to include the “4X% ABV” and the amount “750ml”. We are aiming for this label to be on a light blue or green glass bottle. Our target market is adults aged from 20 - 39. The back label would be minimalist, feature small version of the dragon/man logo to one side, eave space for a small narrative section, and the company name and address at the bottom.

Hi Lance,
Is your budget for both labels?
Thanks,
Gareth.
