World map sketch up interrogation

Just to give you a bit more context on the project.
This is a SketchUp model for an event installation. The world map is a physical feature, raised on legs and standing in water. For creative reasons the continents aren’t geographically accurate in terms of spacing, but each continent is clearly defined and subdivided into individual countries.
What I’m looking to extract from the model is the following:
The area (m²) of each country – this will be used to calculate flooring quantities
The perimeter of each country – as there will be LED strip running around every country
The overall perimeter of each continent – for handrails and additional LED strip around the edges
Ultimately, I’m trying to understand total flooring areas and total LED lengths at both country and continent level.
The full model files are quite large and exceed the upload limit here, so I’ll likely need to send them one continent at a time if that works for you.
If the outputs could be presented in a clear spreadsheet, that would be ideal.
