Website character design

I'm looking for someone to work with us and design characters (people) for our website. We are currently using stock images but I'm looking for something bespoke to us that we can use on the website and in our documents, as we are looking for consistency. I'd also like other illustrations of general items such as laptops, charts, tools etc to fit in with what we do and in the same design as the characters. Again these will be used on web and documents. I've attached some images to try and give examples of the type of styles we like but this has to be bespoke to us ( I do like style 2 out of the 3 examples). This will be ongoing work as we develop more web pages and lots of documents.

The budget is per image. We are probably going to be looking at 10 to 12 images initially, then ongoing from there.
