Web Designer to change website images

I need a web designer who can change existing 12-14 website images (vector graphics) to new ones according to website color scheme. Images should be relevant to specific website’s blocks, titles and content (I will guide you later). Important: New images must have license to publish on the website pages for commercial use. You need to provide original sources where images have been taken from (URL and license). You need to provide your portfolio first.
